Raystown Striper Guide Service (hereafter referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") will make every effort possible to provide you the customer (hereafter referred to as "You") with the most current, up-to-date and factual fishing information that we can.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of agreement, Do NOT purchase.

We agree, to provide you with access to the Special Fishing Reports from April 14, 2008 through November 20, 2008 if you join on or before April 14, 2008. After November 21, 2008 your Membership expires, as there will be no more reports until 2009 which must be ordered again. We do not automatically renew your subscription.

If you join after April 14, 2008 you will have access from the time you joined through November 20, 2008. After November 21, 2008 your Membership expires, as there will be no more reports until 2009 which must be ordered again. We do not automatically renew your subscription.

We agree, to update the Special Fishing Reports on each Monday and each Thursday throughout the period of April 14, 2008 through November 20, 2008.

Our goal is to provide you with precise, current and up-to-date fishing information that will result in you catching more striped bass per fishing trip to Raystown Lake. We agree, to provide you with the most accurate and factual information possible as we compile it on the lake.

We however are not able to guarantee that you will catch more striped bass with this information, due to the roaming nature of these open water game fish and changing conditions such as weather and moon phases, which we have no control over, that directly effect striped bass feeding patterns.

The Special Fishing Reports are provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree the Special Fishing Reports, once ordered are NOT refundable.

If you cancel your subscription before it expires on November 21, 2008
there is No refund as you agree that once ordered the Special Fishing Reports are NOT refundable.

You agree, under penalty of United States law in the state of Pennsylvania, that you will NOT provide any person, organization or company with the Unique Username(s) and/or Password(s) provided to you to access the Special Fishing Reports. You agree that you do NOT have reprint rights to the copyrighted Special Fishing Reports and that you will NOT reproduce or redistribute the Special Fishing Reports in any manner what-so-ever.

Your IP address is captured each time you view the Special Fishing Reports

You agree and acknowledge that this information is for your private non-commercial use only.
